Love books? Love saunas?

Join us at our monthly sauna book club (as seen on the BBC and The Times), a one and a half hour session facilitated by Women's Prize for Fiction 2026 shortlisted author, Rozie Kelly.

It's like a normal book club, but all chat happens as you move between the sauna and cold plunges. Chat about the chosen book of the month with lovely, like-minded people (with often differing opinions on the book!), relax, and of course, get your hot and cold therapy in. At the end of the session, enjoy a hot drink & slice of cake around the fire. 

​If you want to come but don't have time to finish the book, don't worry. Whether you are an avid reader or just love a good chat, this is a welcoming space for all.​​
