Session guide
We currently host three regular types of sauna and cold plunge pool sessions: regular, silent and spa style with salt & mud.
We also host events such as sauna and sound bath sessions and a sauna book club. Details on these are below.
All sessions include use of the cold plunge pools, sauna, chill-out seating, showers and changing rooms.
Sauna and cold plunge
Enjoy an hour at iglu sauna and plunge pools.
We are proud to create a welcoming and friendly environment and ask that everybody respects other guests and sauna etiquette - whether to chat, or not to chat, and when pouring water to create löyly steam on the stove.
Regular sessions are £12 on weekdays and £14 at the weekend. They are indicated on the booking calendar as 'Weekend' or "Weekday'.
Sauna & cold plunge with salt & mud
Enhance your sauna experience and make your body feel divine with our salt & mud spa sessions with an hour and a half to indulge.

After your first 10-15 minutes in the sauna, step outside and choose from a selection of Himalayan body salt scrubs such as rosemary and orange, or rosewater essence. Head back to the sauna, massage the salt into your body, and marvel as it dissolves into your skin.

Emerge from the sauna, rinse off the salt, pat-dry your face, and apply the clay mask (mud). Head back inside the sauna, and let the mask work its magic! Wash away the clay under the shower with the face cloths provided, your skin will feel soft and totally nourished.

Salt and mud sessions are £25 for 1 hour 30 minutes.

You can also add on salt and mud to regular sessions.
Silent sessions
We have dedicated silent sessions due to some customers’ requests for a non-social, very quiet and meditative sauna session.
The silent sessions mean what they say on the tin - sit quietly, relax, and enjoy total sauna bliss. Please do not chat in the sauna during these sessions.
Whether in a silent or regular session, we do ask that you are mindful of other guests at all times.

Sauna, cold plunge and sound bath
Led by gong master Sasha, the sauna and sound bath sessions invite you to bathe in sound, soak up the heat of the sauna and enter a deep state of relaxation.
Feel held by the sauna heat and meditative sounds of instruments as you go on a journey to rest and relax. Take breaks in the cold plunge pools and showers and move into a deeper state of relaxation. Come away feeling lighter, rested and ready for a new week.​​

Sauna and sound bath sessions are £25 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Sauna book club
We believe that sitting together, sharing stories, and chatting about books away from the usual distractions is a great way to relax. Add in the warmth and calm of the sauna - simply magic.
Join us at our monthly Sauna Book Club, a one and a half hour session led by Rozie Kelly, former sauna host at iglu and author of Kingfisher. You are invited to unwind, reconnect and of course, get your hot and cold therapy in. At the end of the session, you’re welcome to chill in the seating area for further discussion and a relaxing hot drink.
