Concessionary access

 

We want to enable as many people as possible to be able to use the sauna and cold plunge and experience the benefits, including those with a low income.

We offer discounted sauna entry for concessions, including:

 

• People receiving Universal Credit, Jobseekers Allowance, Income Support, Housing Benefit, Carer's Allowance, Council Tax Support, Pension Credit, Personal Independent Payments/ Disability Living Allowance, Incapacity Benefit, War Pension

​

• Full-time college and undergraduate students, and those in full-time apprenticeships aged 16-18

​

• Asylum seekers and refugees

For anyone within the categories above, you can book a weekday sauna session for yourself for £6.

How to book?​
 

Booking a session with your concessionary rate is simple:

 

At least three days before you plan to book a session, email info@iglusauna.co.uk with proof of eligibility. This could be a benefits letter, a screenshot of your Universal Credits account, or student ID. Please ensure it shows a date indicating it is still valid.​​

Once verified, we’ll send you details on how to purchase your £6 session credit and get booked in. We will be in touch periodically to check you are still eligible.

Please note, if you would like to attend with a friend who wants to use the concession rate, they will need to email us with their details and book separately.
