Concessionary access
We want to enable as many people as possible to use our sauna and cold plunge and experience the benefits. We offer a discounted monthly membership for eligible customers, read on to find out more.
Concession membership:

£18 per month (just £4.50 per session)

4 sessions per month for off-peak times (weekday)

Flexible: Rolling monthly membership, cancel anytime. Designed for individuals, just like a gym membership.
Who is eligible?
We offer the Concession Membership to individuals in the following categories:

People receiving Universal Credit, Jobseekers Allowance, Income Support, Housing Benefit, Carer's Allowance, Council Tax Support, Pension Credit, Personal Independent Payments / Disability Living Allowance, Incapacity Benefit, or a War Pension.

Full-time college and undergraduate students, and those in full-time apprenticeships aged 16-18.

Asylum seekers and refugees.
How to sign up and verify
1. Purchase your membership.
Head over to our memberships page and sign up for the Concession Membership. You can begin booking your off-peak weekday sessions immediately.
2. Email your proof of eligibility
Right after you sign up, please email info@iglusauna.co.uk with your proof of eligibility. We ask that you do this at least two days before attending your first session.
This could be a benefits letter, a screenshot of your Universal Credit account, or a student ID. Please ensure it shows a date indicating it is still valid.
(Please note: We rely on an honesty system at checkout, but we do require proof of eligibility to keep this membership active. If we do not receive valid verification, we will unfortunately have to cancel the membership. We will also be in touch periodically to check you are still eligible.)
Attending with a friend? If you would like to attend with a friend who also wants to use the concession rate, they will need to sign up for their own membership and email us their details separately.
Note: if you are using the concession access code system in Hebden Bridge you can keep using it as usual, or switch to one of our new memberships at any time if you prefer.
