Cold plunge pools
We offer a variety of ice baths to complement your sauna experience.
We have two single-person baths chilled to 7°C, perfect for a sharp, invigorating plunge.
Large Ambient Tub
Our third bath accommodates up to four people and is ambient, adjusting in line with the air temperature. In winter, it typically ranges from 5–15°C, while in summer it’s around 15–25°C.
All plunge baths are continually filtered and sanitised using a non-chlorine sanitiser, ensuring a safe and hygienic experience every time.
How Long to Stay
We generally recommend 30 seconds to 3 minutes per session. If it’s your first time, start cautiously and listen to your body—there’s no rush.
Tips for Enjoying Your Plunge
-
Move slowly into the water and control your breathing.
-
Alternate with sauna sessions for a traditional Nordic experience.
-
Always exit if you feel dizzy, numb, or uncomfortable.
Our cold plunges are designed to revitalise the body and mind, helping you feel refreshed, energised, and ready to embrace your day—or unwind after one.

Onni
The larger of the two saunas, Onni is built to comfortably seat 10 people, with tiered benches so you can choose your heat level.
Onni is a barrel style sauna with a large panoramic window, giving it a light and open feeling. See what birds you can spy out of the window.
Onni means "happiness" or "luck" in Finnish - and we think you’ll leave feeling a little of both.

Taika
The experience in Taika is cosier and can be more intense as the space heats up faster. It also has a panoramic window overlooking the trees. The arched shape encourages the loyly steam to distribute around the sauna.
In Lithuanian, Taika refers to "peace" and "tranquility", in Finnish, it means "magic".
Taika is a great option for a private booking for small numbers.
