New booking system

We have switched to a new booking platform, Bookeo. 

This means all new bookings for Monday 14th July onwards will be made on Bookeo. 

Existing booking with us will not be affected. These will be moved onto the new platform. 

If you have a membership, bulk session vouchers, credits, concession access or a gift voucher, we will contact you with information on what you need to do to use these on the new platform. 

About the new system

It’s easy to use - go to the same booking page on our website as before. The process will look and feel much the same. You will still be able to book for a one-off session, or with a membership or bulk credits. Concession access and gift vouchers are also still available. and concession access available.

There are lots of features of the new system that we're excited for:

• A more intuitive booking experience, with less scrolling required and the information about your session in an easy to find place

• Easier to book private sessions (just tick a box!)

• Easier to add things like mud masks and salt scrubs to your session

• The ability to filter for one off events and special sessions  

• Some behind the scenes efficiencies - making it quicker for us to schedule your saunas

• Discounts for members!

  
  

What do you need to do?

If you have an existing booking, you don't need to do anything. If you want to reschedule or cancel your booking, please contact us at info@iglusauna.co.uk for us to do that manually.

If you have a membership, bulk session vouchers, credits, concession access or a gift voucher, we will contact you with information on what you need to do to use these on the new platform.

What's changed?

You can now view information about a session by clicking on the small 'i' next to the session listing , where you will find information on the session, what to bring, sauna tips, and safety and etiquette.

You can choose to add on any of, or multiple of, a iglu sauna hat, body salt scrub and clay mud face mask.

If you are booking for more than one person, you will need to enter their name as well as yours.

You will receive a confirmation email and a reminder ahead of your session, as you have previously. They may look slightly different.

Amending your booking

At the bottom of your booking confirmation you'll see a button to change your booking, where you can:

• Rearrange your booking, as long as you are 24 hours or more before your session. (Select the pencil icon next to the date).

• Purchase add ons

• Cancel your booking, 48 hours or more in advance of your session.
