We've moved to a new booking system

From Tuesday 3 November, all iglu bookings go through our new booking system, Periode. You'll still book from the same place, the Book now page, and sessions and prices are all staying the same.

Have an upcoming booking?

We've set up an account for you. Look out for an email from Periode with a personal link, click it and choose a password. You can then view and reschedule all your bookings in one place.

Any upcoming bookings, credits, memberships and gift cards have moved across with you.

Members (including concession)

Please add your card details again as soon as you can, and before your next renewal date at the latest. We'll email you separately with the finer details.

What's new

Bring your friends. Members can book friends onto their own booking. Just add as many spaces as you need and use your membership for your own space.
Double sessions. Book a 2h15 session (two back to back) for when an hour isn't enough.
Easier rescheduling. Up to 24 hours before, you can switch between regular, silent and women's sessions, and between either sauna at Hebden Bridge.
Events. It's easier to see what's coming up, from book clubs and flow-state breathwork to family sessions.
Waivers. Everyone on a booking now signs a quick health and safety form before their session, including any friends you bring. This applies to bookings made from now on, not to existing ones. Please note, you only need to sign a waiver the first time you book.
An iglu app is on the way. We'll let you know when it's ready.

I haven't had the email from Periode.

You'll only receive the email if you have a booking with us, have a gift card, or have a membership. Check your spam folder first. If it's not there, email us and we'll sort it.

I'm new to iglu.

Welcome! You don't need an account to book. Just head to Book now and pick a session.

I've already booked.

You don't need to do anything. Your booking has moved across and we'll see you as planned.
