Family sessions
Our family sessions have been getting lots of love, so we're very happy to share we've added more sessions throughout October and beyond. The family sessions are for children aged 8-16 and their grownups to enjoy some sauna and cold plunge time together.

Flow-state session with Mary
A 90-minute session guided by wellness practitioner and dance/movement facilitator Mary, combining hot sauna and cold plunge with breathwork, gentle meditation, mindfulness and face yoga, and finishing with a grounding herbal tea by the fire.

Earthy Sundays with Heather
A day of forest therapy and yoga with yoga practitioner and wellness facilitator Heather, followed by sauna and cold plunge at iglu. Heather is also one of our iglu hosts. Find out more on Heather's website.

Live Wild sauna & connection circle
Part of Live Wild’s Nature Queers programme, this session offers a held space to connect with nature, yourself and others in the LGBTQ+ community.

Good Footing Gather
A festival of purposeful movement, slowness and connectn outdoors, includes: sauna and cold plunge at iglu, yoga, guided journaling, social trail run, creative workshops, fire-cooked wild buffet and more!

Hearth in the Woods, wellbeing for therapists
