iglu is a Nordic-style sauna located beside the Nutclough Woods in Hebden Bridge, West Yorkshire, with stunning views across the Calder Valley and easy access from the centre of town.

The heat and ice journey
Warm up
Enjoy the Harvia wood-fired stove and the view of Hebden Bridge out of the panoramic window. Pour a ladle of water on the stones to create a rush of steam known as Löyly
Plunge
After 10 to 15 minutes in the sauna, shower against the back drop of the Calder Valley, then take a cold dip in our Urban Ice Gear baths and feel incredible as your body releases endorphins and adrenaline
Repeat
Following two or three rotations of sauna and cold-plunging, take a seat at the cosy fire side seating as you bask in an invigorating sauna afterglow
