Thanks to your feedback and suggestions, we’re very excited to introduce new sessions in both Slaithwaite and Hebden Bridge. We will be looking to run all sessions at both sites soon.
Here’s what’s coming up over the next few weeks:
Family sessions (Hebden Bridge): For children aged 8-16 and their grownups. Enjoy playful, fun sauna time together.
First session 1:30pm-2:30pm, Monday 20 July, just in time to kickstart the summer holidays.
Women’s sessions: (Slaithwaite): Dedicated women-only sessions so everyone feels comfortable.
Taking place 5pm Fridays, starting Friday 10 July.
Silent sessions: (Slaithwaite): already popular in Hebden Bridge, for anyone looking to enjoy the restorative benefits of sauna in complete quiet. Switch off and slow down in a hushed, meditative environment.
Taking place 1:15pm on Fridays, starting Friday 10 July.
Book club (Slaithwaite)
After the success of the Hebden Bridge book club, it’s coming to Slaithwaite. The August book pick will be The Correspondent by Virginia Evans, and the session will be hosted by author of Kingfisher and Hebden Bridge book club host, Rozie Kelly.
The first session will be on Thursday 13 August, at 6:45pm-8:15pm.
